Project Brief
Create a series of typefaces with found objects or materials. Each typeface must address a common theme or problem. Refine and choose the best typeface and incorporate it into a poster explaining the chosen topic. This project was for the Design Methods class at Bowling Green State University.
Solution:
For this project, I created fonts using childhood tools and toys to represent the dreams I had abandoned as a kid. This project questions why do we drop those dreams and how reality affects us. I represented this by creating a poster with the Lego typeface and depicted the city as a good icon of both dreams and reality of work.
